As a fully delivered, server based solution, SCLE can be run on a great variety of computer systems. Any internet-connected computer with a basic web browser can access the environment. Faculty and students are not required to install any software or plugins, and have flexible to access from both computer laboratories and personal workstations. All web-capable platforms are supported (Windows, Macintosh, Linux/UNIX included).

SCLE requirements:

• Basic graphical web browser (Internet Explorer 4 / Netscape 4 or newer recommended)
• Connection to the internet

For use of the inline help videos (where available), a broadband internet connection is recommended.
